What is the FNC? The FNC is the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia (Federation of Colombian Coffee Growers). In 1927, the Colombian coffee growers joined together to create a group that would represent all of the coffee growers in the country.
They protect the rights of farmers (over 540,000 farmers, most of whom are small family owned farms), promote their coffee globally, and conduct research into cultivation, social issues and environmental factors.
